- After landing on the U.S. Marshals 15 Most Wanted list 10 years ago,
infamous motorcycle gang member and fugitive Randy Mark Yager is finally
behind bars. Yager, who was indicted by a Wisconsin federal jury in
June 1997 under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act
for a number of violations to include murder, arson, possession of
explosives, possession, trafficking in counterfeit U.S. currency,
robbery, burglary, trafficking in stolen vehicles, and narcotics, was
